Who we are

IMPLARA LLC (“IMPLARA,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company that provides information-technology services: websites, software, integrations, AI tools, and ongoing operations.

What we collect

If you write through the form or Concierge, we store the message, and any chat turns, in our database so we can reply. A copy may be mailed to ask@implara.com. We do not sell it. Chat runs on our server; API keys stay on the server.

This site does not create visitor accounts. It does not ask for payment card numbers.

Our host and the tools used to build and serve this site may collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not sell that information.

How we use it

To answer inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, send invoices when we have an agreement, and meet legal duties such as tax and recordkeeping.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising networks.

Sharing

We share information only with people or vendors who need it to do the work (for example a hosting provider, accountant, or a subcontractor named in a statement of work), or when the law requires it.

If a client project requires third-party tools (booking software, payment processors, analytics on a client site), those tools have their own policies. We will say so in the statement of work.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to respond and, if we do not work together, are deleted within two years unless the law says otherwise. Contracts, invoices, and project files follow ordinary business and tax retention in Florida.

Your choices

Florida residents and others may ask what personal information we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to ask@implara.com. We may need to confirm it is you.

Do not send us special categories of data (health, precise geolocation of a person, children’s data) through the public form.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top. Last updated September 6, 2026.
