## Practice

- **The systems you already run.** Websites, internal tools, networks, payments, salon and clinic software, voice, and cloud. The jobs a larger shop would take, with fewer names on the invoice.
- **Build and connect.** Custom software, WordPress, APIs, CRMs, booking, and billing. We hook up what you already use and write the missing pieces.
- **AI, if it pays off.** Anyone can open a model. We build supervised AI with scoped access, data boundaries, guardrails, testing, monitoring, and human review before important actions go live.
- **Keep it running.** Hosting, updates, backups, and a monthly retainer. After launch we stay on the system so it does not drift.

- **Cloud infrastructure.** Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure: accounts, networks, servers, backups, and the boring access work so staff can log in without a ticket pile.
- **Small-business websites.** Sites that book, sell, or explain the shop. Salon, clinic, store, studio. Built to be edited after we leave.
- **Google and Meta presence.** Google Business Profile, Maps, reviews, Meta Business Suite, pages, and ads accounts set up so the public listing matches the real business.
- **Third-party integrations.** Booking, payments, CRM, email, shipping, voice. We connect what you already pay for instead of inventing a new stack.
- **AI concierge.** Intake, after-hours answers, drafts, and internal bots. Built for this shop, not a generic bot. A person at IMPLARA reviews before anything is live.
- **Self-hosted AI on Macs.** Local models on Mac Studio, Mac mini, and a small NAS. Private inference for a shop or a house when the data should stay put.
- **Custom software.** Internal tools, client portals, booking and billing apps written for how the business already works. Not a template with the logo swapped.
- **Business and personal automation.** Calendars, inboxes, follow-ups, house and office routines. The same discipline: one process first, then the next.

## Why the bill is smaller

- **You talk to the builder.** The person who quoted the job is the person who builds it. Nobody sits between you and the work.
- **One job at a time.** Agencies sell a program. We fix the process that is already costing you money, then stop or continue from what we learned.
- **Tools you already own.** We do not invent a new platform so we can bill a migration. If WordPress or your current stack can do it, we use that.

## Method

- **Listen.** First we watch how the work actually happens: staff, software, and the exceptions that never made it into a diagram.
- **Pick one problem.** We start with one process that costs time or money. That is the first job, not a twelve-item roadmap.
- **Build in the open.** You see working software every week. Staff try it. We change course while the bill is still small.
- **Hand it over.** You get docs, training, and a system your team can run. We stay available. You are not stuck with us.
